Delivery Policy

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in Melbourne, Orders will be dispatched the same or the next day after full payment is received.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Most orders will be received by you within 3-5 business days for metro areas and 7-14 business days for rural areas, in some cases delivery can take a little longer due to different reasons such as peak seasons, courier pick delays, courier delivery delays or weather and traffic conditions.

In case you didn’t receive your product within 14 business days please contact us and let us know so we can investigate with the courier.

In the unlikely event of a courier losing or damaging your order during transit please contact us so we can arrange for a solution.
